There are two different categories to choose from depending on your goals and
fitness level – Body-Tone or Body-Hype.
Tone provides the building blocks to a healthier lifestyle and improved body through diet, group exercise and professional support, while hype is designed for gym-goers with a serious competitive streak and an advanced level of functional strength and fitness.
